Cookie Policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026.

Cookies are small files a website can store in your browser. AuditOps keeps cookie use to the absolute minimum needed to make the Site Inspector tool function. We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or cross-site behavioural tracking, and we do not run a third-party analytics suite.

Cookies and storage we use

The scanner runs in your browser and does not require cookies to operate. Any browser storage is strictly functional — for example, remembering your mobile/desktop preference within a session. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us for tracking, and carries no advertising identifiers. Because none of it is used to identify or profile you, it falls under the "strictly necessary / functional" category that does not require prior consent in most jurisdictions.

Third-party cookies

When you run a scan, your browser contacts Google's PageSpeed Insights API; Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. This site is delivered via Cloudflare, which may use strictly necessary cookies for security (for example, bot mitigation). If you follow an affiliate "FIX THIS" link, the destination merchant will set its own cookies governed by its policy. We do not control third-party cookies.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will not break the core scanning feature, since it does not depend on cookies. Clearing site data will also clear any functional preference we stored.
